If you are feeling frozen when it comes to working with your trauma, anxiety or grief and loss, I’m here to help.

With the support of mindfulness, yoga, breathwork and meditation combined with traditional therapeutic methods you can safely access and energetically move through trauma, anxiety, stress, grief and loss to harness your emotions in service of healing.

With over ten years in grief counseling, clinical social work, and yoga instruction I saw both personally and professionally how utilizing mindfulness and yoga in tandem with traditional talk therapy methods in both individual and group settings can be a catalyst for growth and healing.

Further studies in traditional chinese medicine, somatic therapy and trauma informed yoga have complimented my interdisciplinary fields of work and professional experience and have led me to creating a unique approach to holistic healing.

Where are private sessions held?

All private sessions are held via Zoom. You will receive a recording after each session.

Do sessions expire?

If you are unable to complete your 12 sessions within 6 months, there is a 1 month grace period to complete any unused sessions.

I’m new to yoga, pranayama and meditation- is this right for me?

Yes! You do not need any prior experience to participate in 1:1 coaching.

Can I have a refund?

Refunds are not offered.
