With over ten years in grief counseling, clinical social work, and yoga instruction I saw both personally and professionally how utilizing mindfulness and yoga in tandem with traditional talk therapy methods in both individual and group settings can be a catalyst for growth and healing.
Further studies in traditional chinese medicine, somatic therapy and trauma informed yoga have complimented my interdisciplinary fields of work and professional experience and have led me to creating a unique approach to holistic healing.
